The 777 House has a GE Washer and Dryer, located in the hall between the dining room and the bedrooms. It is a standard washer and dryer, with common controls and operation. Note, please clean the lint trap after every use of the dryer.
The 777 House TVs are located in the Living Room and in two bedrooms. They all work with a standard Comcast/Xfinity Remote.
The House WiFi is robust and can be accessed anywhere on the property using the WiFi code provided upon rental. In the Dining Room is a Device Recharging Station with additional outlets.
The Kitchen at the 777 House includes standard, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There are pots, pans, silverware, and plates.
The 777 House has central Air & Heat, the Thermostat is located in the Dining Room and is set at 78 Degrees, but is adjustable to Guests’ preferences.
In the 777 House basement is a Childs Crib and High Chair for use by Guests.
Arriving at the 777 House - Driveway & Parking
When you arrive at the 777 House by car, note that the driveway is very narrow, so please park carefully. It is best to only park in the first third of the driveway closest to the street, as that section is wider. It is recommended not to pull up to the back part of the driveway as it is very narrow. Additionally, parking on the street is allowed, and it will typically be open and easy to park on the street directly in front of the 777 House.
